I also included a couple of images which have been used to make up the image.

1. An Alpha image, this adds the specular blooming to the windows and lights. To do this the VrayAlpha is saved out with render elements. In After effects/PS this was then Inverted so the blacks become white, set to 'Screen' and a gaussian blur added.

VrayZepth also from Elements was then applied with 'Lens Blur' in AE/PS

This was just the method of compositing I found worked for me here, if you know of better ways I'd like to hear them, so I can try them out myself.
